4. ONCE OUR SERVICE IS COMPLETED, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION BY BUYING THE SHOES EITHER AT NIKE.COM OR BY GOING TO YOU SELECTED NIKE STORE.
5. IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A REFUND FOR ATC SERVICE YOU NEED TO CONTACT US AND AND LET US KNOW ABOUT THE PROBLEM. WE WOULD NEED TO LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT TO VERIFY THAT YOUR ORDER WAS NOT PROCESSED. IF YOU CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD OR FAIL TO PROVIDE US WITH THE LOG IN INFORMATION, WE CANNOT ISSUE A REFUND.
6. RSVP SERVICE. ONCE WE RECEIVE A DM CONFIRMATION FROM YOU NIKE STORE OF YOUR CHOICE WE CANNOT ISSUE A REFUND. THE ONLY TIME WE WILL REFUND IS IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE A DM BACK FROM THE NIKE STORE.
